In episode 509 of The Fringe Podcast we share listener feedback for the Fringe season 5 episode titled, “The Bullet That Saved the World.” This episode brought in a WIDE rage of feedback. Some listeners loved it and even thought it was one of the best episodes ever. Other listeners thought it was terrible. Some listeners thought the death in this episode was a cheap shot killing of a side character, others thought it was a shocking death of a major character.
We discuss the various perspectives, Etta’s apparent lack of cortexiphan, where the show might go from here and a WHOLE LOT more in this episode.

With regard to your remarks about doing a podcast about a television show that never existed, you might be interested in knowing that this has been done before. The team that wrote the tabletop RPG Spaceship Zero wrote the game in such a way that it was a game based upon a movie that never existed, which was based upon a television show that never existed; which in turn was based upon a string of movie serials that never existed…. I think you get the picture.
Anyway, my point is that doing such a thing would be entirely doable and might build a fan following just because.
Very interesting! I had no idea such a thing existed. Thanks for sharing the info with us. 🙂
I think it has to be clear that the observers are a result of fringe science because there are no female observers and so far we have only seen one “child” observer. how would they reproduce, I have to think they are developed in a lab somehow like the shapeshifters.
Olivia has always been the one we have been waiting for to AWAKEN! Peter now has tech to make him stronger but he will be in danger and when his life is threatened Olivia will save him and the team by evolving into something beyond the observers saving humanity and the future. BTW she will kill the Observer that killed Etta when he thinks he has the upper hand!
