I wonder if Peter having to have a baby with our Olivia points to a child being born from a person with Cortexiphan having some effect on future evolution. Even though we know that the Observers are human they still seem to have some powers like when one opened a safe with his finger or in “The Firefly” when one did the same thing to a car with his finger.

In “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” the ape that changes everything isn’t the one who was initially given the brain enhancing drug it’s the one that was born with it already in his system.

Walter, Peter and Olivia could be important because they change the course of human evolution.
