It’s funny, but I think if you look through the years, the quality of the quotes represent the awesomeness of the episode, and maybe I’m alone in thinking this, but these quotes kinda suck. This is by no means a reflection on Darrell’s quote picking abilities, because, Darrell, you rock at picking quotes. So much so, that I usually spend 10 minutes glaring at the screen unable to choose because they are all too awesome. I remember when you would sometimes have 5 because you just couldn’t rule one out.
I don’t just mean funny quotes, even though those aren’t what they used to be, but the spunk, the heart, the depth, that extra little kick that Fringe used to have… it was most evident in the quotes, and I miss glaring at the screen, unable to decide because they are all so brilliant. Now I just stare for 10 minutes trying to pick the best of the worse…
