In this episode we discuss the feedback we received for the Fringe episode, “Northwest Passage.” We also received quite a bit of feedback for “Brown Betty” after our “Brown Betty” podcast, so we talk about it quite a bit too. Once again we are excited to introduce several new feedback contributors to our podcast.

My submission for alternate Astrid is “Antastrid”. An antacid is anti-acid therefore Antastrid would be the anti-Astrid.
Thank you for answering those questions, les chefs, it was kind of you even to listen to them. (I’m surprised you both didn’t have more books on your lists… and niether of you watched Land of The Lost tv show? Oh wait… never mind… showing my age on that one…)
Mr. Smith’s feedback was awesome! I give it 10 Metallic Voices… 🙂
Am I the only one who remembers that we saw Waternate in season one when Walter returned to St. Claire’s mental hospital?
Also if it wasn’t for Babylon 5 there might not be serialized tv. It was the first show that was produced with a specific run (5 years) and told one overall story.
But was it really Walternate, John? (You’re probably right though….) And I’ve never seen Babylon 5 – didn’t get satellite back then – was it good?
Serialized tv, to be honest, could probably be traced to daytime soaps, which have been around for quite some time. I don’t know if they had quite the same mythos though…
The character I chose for the alternate name contest is Agent Astrid Farnsworth. The Alternate Astrid is “Agent Astrid Farworld”.
