The Fringe Podcast and Global Cash Card are excited to announce the Bridge the Backstory Contest!
Premise: What do you imagine happened 
between 2012 and 2036? How did Peter and Olivia prepare for the birth of Etta? What did Walter give Etta for her first birthday? What was the interaction like between September and the Fringe team? What went through the minds of our team on “occupation day”? What was Etta’s childhood like after the invasion? What was said between Peter and Olivia the last time they saw each other? There are many scenarios that took place during the 24 year gap.
Let your imagination soar and tell us what you think might have happened.
Submit your ideas in one of several different ways:
- Write a poem
- Write a short story (3000 word limit)
- Write a (ballad) song
- Shoot a video (15 minute limit)
- Create artwork (submit via jpg or png)
- Design a website
- Create a t-shirt design
- Create a comic book
- Use your favorite creative medium that we haven’t mentioned (15 minute digestion limit)
No answer is wrong. Even if you submit something that is proven wrong in a later episode, you won’t be disqualified. All entries must be presented in a digital format and must be able to be shared with on the website at our discretion. PG-13 entries and below please!
The contest runs from October 7-31, 2012 October 7 through November, 7 2012. Entries must be mailed to feedback@thefringepodcast.com with the subject “Bridge the Backstory Contest.”
Entries will be judged by Clint and Darrell and winners will be announced on the podcast.

Winners have 72 hours to claim their prize or their claim to the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
Legal Stuff:
(1) Contest is open to all US and International listeners.
(2) The Region Code for of the DVD/Bluray prize is Region 1 or Region 2.
(3) All posted comments become the sole property (including intellectual property) of Golden Spiral Media and may be used for any purpose.
(4) All contestants agree to inclusion in Golden Spiral Media’s databases and to receive Golden Spiral Media promotional materials from time to time, subject to any applicable privacy policy.
(5) Golden Spiral Media may vary, withdraw or terminate the contest at any time without notice.
(6) Golden Spiral Media may disqualify any contestant or dis-entitle any winner in its discretion without any liability whatsoever.
(7) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. If a winner lives in a non-Region 1 or non-Region 2 DVD country, Golden Spiral Media reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal value.
(8) Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner also assumes the risk of safe arrival of the prize.
(9) Golden Spiral Media is not a vendor of the prize and shall not be responsible for the quality or fitness for purpose or any other aspect of the prize. Golden Spiral Media shall not be liable for condition or misuse of any prize.
(10) The decision of Golden Spiral Media shall be final and conclusive in all cases.
