    Greetings Fringies,

    I’m sure someone else will bring bring this to your attention but regarding “Omega Man”, it was based-loosely-on the book “I am Legend” written by Richard Matheson (he also wrote “A Stir of Echoes” and “What Dreams May Come” among other things.) The hero of the book was African-American but otherwise my understanding is the Will Smith flick was not like the short story that gave the book its title.
